We are self-publishing Meredith and the Mean Girls.
But, however, we got a copy today of it in book form. That was a proof copy. My dad and I have to make changes to the covers and stuff and let the self-publishers know. But it looks awesome! So some time in Augsut, you can buy it on Amazon.com

They are great because they are right on the first grade level!

Nobody entered You Pick this month, so I’ll just decide the events. August’s You Pick question is:
In the book I’m currently writing, there will be a mini spelling bee for Melissa’s grade. Give ten first-grade-level words and if you win I’ll mix the words up so Melissa gets a few right and the maybe one wrong, and then other people spell the words.

We’ve had one entry so far for the contest to guess the number of words in the book.
The entry was 7,999. That wasn’t it but they have another try. They just now guessed 23,328. That is so much closer but they have one more try.
My friend just guessed. 16,00. She gets two more tries.
